IFRC IDRL

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies’ International Disaster Response Laws, Rules and Principles (IDRL) programme seeks to reduce human vulnerability by promoting legal preparedness for disasters. The Programme works in three areas: Technical Assistance; Capacity Building; and Advocacy, Dissemination and Research. In this folder can be found some of their studies and guidance materials.

Included in this folder are the user manuals on the CIG. They are in both English and Spanish. A French version is in progress.

Customs Awareness Training

In this folder are four (4) self-learning modules on customs. They cover everything from the basics of customs to the specifics of how customs relates to humanitarian aid.
